6 – 8 Rib Eye Steaks sliced very thin by the butcher
1 medium Onion Chopped
1 Green (&/ Red) Pepper Chopped
1 container sliced mushrooms chopped
1 Teaspoon yellow curry paste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, green pepper and mushrooms with a ¼ stick of butter, until tender, set aside.Chop steaks very small, sauté until done in a little bit of olive oil. Then add vegetables to meat, mix well.Add two jars (any flavor) of cheese spread that comes in the small glass jars, (Pimento is very good) or use white cheddar cheese, slice and put on top of meat mixture.Serve on toasted hoagie rolls
