2/3 C canned evaporated milk
1 Yellow Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
C Butter (1 and cubes), softened
1 large can pumpkin pie mix
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 12 pan, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Save 1 cup of cake mix, set aside. In a bowl, mix C (1 cube) of butter into rest of cake mix. Press into 9 x 12 pan. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and tsp of the cinnamon, mix well. Pour over cake mixture in pan. Mix together the remaining C ( cube) of butter and sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and the 1 C of cake mix. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 60 min. (metal pan) or 45-50 min. (glass pan).

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
