4 qts pears, cut up small
3 qts sugar
2 cups crushed pineapple
1 orange, cut up small
pt maraschino cherries, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, pears, pineapple and orange. Set for 24 hours in refrigerator. Take out and cook for about 20 minutes, until clear. It will be thin. Last, stir in cut cherries. Ladle into prepared jars for canning. Makes 12 pints
