Breast and Thigh chicken pieces 1 qt buttermilk 2 C self rising flour 1 Tbs Paprika 1 ½ tsp pepper Salt, to taste ½ tsp nutmeg Cooking oil
Take chicken pieces and cover with buttermilk. Let soak overnight. In a gallon size bag, add dry ingredients together. Close and shake to mix thoroughly. Take chicken pieces out of buttermilk and put in bag to coat thoroughly. Heat oil in fry pan to 350, and cook chicken for 15 minutes.
