1 pkg dry yeast
C warm water
C butter or margarine
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
C sour cream
2 Tbs grated orange rind
2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, Beat in C of the sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 Tbs of the butter, melted. Gradually mix in 2 C flour. Beat and add rest of flour. Let rise until double in size. Knead dough 15 times. Set aside. Take the left 2 Tbs butter, melt and mix with the leftover Sugar and 2 Tbs orange rind. Take of the dough, roll out to a full circle. Brush rolled out dough with the butter/orange/sugar mixture. Cut dough in narrow pizza-like slices, and roll up like crescent rolls. Let rise for 1 hour before baking.

Topping Glaze:
C sugar
C sour cream
2 Tbs orange juice
C butter

On low heat, cook together until smooth. Spoon over each roll after baking. Bake rolls for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes about 24 rolls.
