10 C zucchini, chopped or ground
4 C onions, ground
3 Tbs salt

Add:
2 C vinegar
4 C sugar
2 tsp celery seeds
2 tsp cornstarch
1 carrot, ground
1 green pepper ground
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dry mustard
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
After grinding zucchini, onion, pepper and carrot, let stand for a few hours, or overnight. Drain and rinse twice. Add the rest of ingredients, cook for several minutes, then spoon into prepared jars for canning.
