Dressing:
1 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. vegetable oil


Salad:
1 large pkg. mixed greens
1 med. Red apple, diced
1 med green apple, diced
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Put all dressing ingredients, except oil, into blender. Add oil in a steady stream while blending.
