14 oz bag caramels
3 Tbs water
5 C Rice Crispies
1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together caramels and water in a saucepan on low heat until smooth. Stir continually.
In a big mixing bowl, put Rice Crispies and pour melted caramels over cereal. Toss until well coated. With greased fingers, press mixture into greased 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle both kinds of chips on top of cereal/caramel mixture. Place in a 200 degree oven for 5 minutesójust until chips melt. Spread softened chips over cereal to form a frosting. Let cool. Then slice into small bars.
