4 Tbs butter or margarine
6 Chicken Breasts
6 Tbs flour
8 tsp instant beef bouillon
2 C sour cream
3 Tbs cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in fry pan, and brown chicken. Remove from pan. In fry pan, stir in flour and bouillon until a roux forms. Add 2 C water. Stir and mix and bring to boil. Reduce heat, and add chicken and cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until done.

Remove chicken from pan, leaving gravy, but keep warm. To pan gravy, add cooking sherry and sour cream. Do not let this boil. Bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over cooked chicken. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with cooked noodles.
