2 egg whites
1 C brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 C water
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites, sugar, salt and water in top of double boiler. Beat for one minute to mix together. Place top over pan with boiling water, beating constantly for 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form in frosting. Add vanilla and beat for a minute or so until thick enough to spread.
