1/3 C butter or shortening ˝ C powdered sugar, sifted 1 egg white 2 C sifted powdered sugar
Cream butter and ˝ C powdered sugar until stiff. Set aside. Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add the 2 C sifted powdered sugar and also creamed mixture, alternating a little at a time. Enough for 2 – 8”layers.
