Chinese Sundae Recipe

8 C cooked rice
2 lg cans chow mien noodles
5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
2 C milk
4 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped celery
3 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch of chopped green onions
1 C slivered almonds
1 Can crushed pineapple, drained
1 C Shredded coconut
1 sm jar maraschino cherries

Cook soup with milk until hot. Put each food item in separate bowls to serve buffet style. Arrange food on individual dinner plate in order given in recipe and build your sundae topping with cherry.
