1 3 oz pkg lime gelatin
1 C hot water
1 C whipped cream
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 C pear juice (reserve 2 Tbs)
1 C mashed canned pears

Directions:
Directions:
Cream gelatin and cream cheese together then add hot water and pear juice. Chill until syrupy, then whip and combine with reserved pear juice and whipped cream. Put in pan and set in refrigerator to thicken. Serve cut in squares on lettuce leaf and salad plate.
