Ingredients:  
1 prepared yellow cake mix (preferably one with “pudding in the mix”).
Cool Whip

Topping:
1 ½ C milk
½ C coconut
½ C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions, in 9 x 13 pan. Cool 15 minutes, poke holes in cake.
Combine in sauce pan, topping ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Spoon over cake and let soak through holes. Cool completely.
Frost with Cool whip and cover with more coconut. Keep cold.
