1 C butter
1 beaten egg yolk
C sugar
C walnuts, chopped
2 C sifted flour
C sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour. Put in egg yolk and sour cream. Mix together. Divide dough into 3 portions and chill. Roll out onto floured pasty sheets into a pie shape. Cut into 16 wedges. Mix together cinnamon, sugar, and walnuts and sprinkle each wedge with sugar mixture.
Roll each wedge up like a crescent roll. Bake for 20 minutes, at 375 degrees.
