6 c. Cucumber sliced thin with skin
1 lb. Onion sliced thin
1 Red pepper sliced thin or pimento
1 Green pepper sliced thin
2 c. White vinegar
1/4 c. Canning salt
3 1/2 c. Sugar

Mix together in a large bowl. Let stand in the refrigerator 4-5 days.
