day-old bread
7-8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1 package (3-4 ounces) sliced or shaved ham
9 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup margarine (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Remove crusts from 6 slices bread and cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese and layer with ham. Add another layer of bread with crusts on. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard in separate bowl and pour this mixture over the casserole. Cover, refridgerate overnight. In morning, cover casserole with crushed cornflakes, dot with butter and bake until brown and bubbly.
