1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add lemon extract. Slowly add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Roll dough very thin and use your favorite cookie cutters to cut dough. May be sprinkled with colored sugar.
Bake ~8 minutes
