1 dozen eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 gallon milk
1 1/2 cups light rum
1/2 cup brandy
2 1/2 cups blended whiskey
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Mix 1/2 cup sugar into egg yolks. Add milk and liquor. Beat until blended. Beat 1/2 cup sugar into egg whites until stiff. Pour liquid in a crock or large bowl (or bathtub if you are mike daugherty). Cover the top of eggnog with the beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

IMPORTANT: keep overnight in refridgerator. this allows the liquor to mellow and is critical to the smooth flavor!
