1 box frozen spinach, thawed (squeeze out water)
2 cans chopped artichoke hearts
2 c Parmesan cheese
2/3 c sour cream
1tsp fresh chopped garlic

Preheat oven to 350
This recipe can be prepared two ways:
Chunky: if you prefer your dip to be chunky the simply mix all the ingredients and place it in a baking dish.
Creamier: if you like a creamier dip you can throw all the ingredients into a food processor, then into a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top of the dip is slightly brown and bubbly.
