8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Stick butter, softened
4-5 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
1-1/2 Cups Pecans, toasted and chopped (for carrot cake or red velvet cake)

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix together the cream cheese and the butter. Slowly beat in powdered sugar adding milk as needed. Frosting should be somewhat stiff, but still spreadable.

Frost cake.

For carrot or red velvet cakes, once cake is frosted, press toasted chopped pecans into frosting around the sides of the cake.
