Vanilla Ice Cream, Rice Krispies, Cinnamon, Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large freezer bag combine the following:2 cups of Rice Krispies,1/4 - 1/2 cup of sugar, 4-6 Tbsp. of cinnamon. Use a pie dough roller to crunch this mixture together. Place a rolled scoop of ice cream into the bag and shake until the ice cream ball is coated with the mixture. Place the coated ice cream ball in a bowl and drizzle with honey. You can adjust the quantities of Rice Krispies, sugar and cinnamon to your taste or the size of group you are serving. Enjoy!
