3 diced onions
1 16oz can tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
1 carton frozen green chiles
3 tbsp chicken boullion
1 qt water
salt & pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves

Saute onions in olive oil Add all other ingredients. Cook at least 30 minutes, adding water if needed.
