In Sauce Pan combine:
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of Flour
2 cups of Milk
3 Egg yolks (Beaten)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Coconut Flavoring

Meringue:
3 Egg Whites (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter
6 Tablespoons of Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly; remove from heat and stir in one cup of flaked Coconut, pour into Baked Pie Shell or Graham Craker Crust.

Meringue:
Beat until stiff, top Pie, sprinkle Coconut on top. Bake at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly browned.
