1 lb Ground Beef/Chuck
1 head of Lettuce
1 can Black Olives, sliced
1 can Black Beans
3-4 Green Onion Stalks
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 or 2 Tomatoes, diced
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1/2 bottle Russian Dressing
2 C Shredded Cheese
2 C Crushed Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a frying pan, drain grease, then mix the taco seasoning with the beef and let it cool. While the meat is cooling, chop up all of the vegetables and put them in a big bowl. When all that is done, mix the vegetables with the meat, add enough dressing to moisten, but do not drown the salad. mix all the together. After everything is all mixed up, add the shredded cheese and then the Doritos.

You may want to wait and mix the salad together in the morning if it's for an afternoon gathering.
