6 Flour or Corn Tortillas
Cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
Hot Sauce
4 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
Enchilada Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the tortillas lightly in oil, then dip them in enchilada sauce. Lay them in a baking dish and fill them with chicken, onion, cheese and a little mild hot sauce. Roll them up and push them against the side of the baking pan until the pan is full. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas. Bake the enchiladas in the oven at 350 for 1/2 hour.
