1/2 C Butter Milk
2 C Sugar
3 lg Eggs
3 C Flour, sifted
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 C chopped Apples
1 C chopped Nuts
1 C Oil (or 1/2 C Oil and 1/2 C Butter Milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating. In a separate bowl mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix sugar and flour mixtures together. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour batter into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until cake pulls away from the side of the pan.
