1/2 C Margarine or Butter, softened but not melted
1/2 C White Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 T Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 C plus 1 rounded tsp Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Oatmeal
3/4 C Chocolate Chips or Raisins
1/2 C Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add milk, egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in oatmeal and chocolate/raisins/nuts. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
