1lb.minced beef
1 lb.sausage meat
6oz. Fresh Breadcrumbs
4 oz. water
11/2 tsp salt
11/2 tsp. coriander
1tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Line a loaf tin with saran wrap. Press the mixture into the pan,cover and refridgerate. When firm cut into slices. Fry up for a scottish breakfast,or on a roll. Remainder can be frozen if you have not already had the meat frozen.
