12-oz. box large shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Topping:
32-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain shells. Brown meats and onion, drain. Add all other ingredients to meat. Fill shells with the meat mixture. Place shells in pan over thin layer of sauce. Pour rest of sauce over shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can refrigerate for up to 48 hours, cover with plastic wrap then foil. Remove plastic and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Can freeze up to 2 months. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
