2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 T. cocoa
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. veg. oil
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Frosting:
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. margarine
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and cocoa; set aside. Combine water, oil, and margarine. Bring to a boil and pour over dry mixture. Beat until creamy. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well; Bake in a greased jelly roll pan for 18 minutes at 400 degrees.

Frosting: Bring cocoa, buttermilk, and margarine to a boil. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread over bars while still warm.
