1 1/4 vanilla cookie crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press into a springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 300. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and spices at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Add pumpkin. Beat eggs in, one at a time. Pour over crust. Bake until center is firm, about 1 1/4 hours. Cool. Serve with whipping cream.
