20 Oreos
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. rum
Pinch salt
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, heated to boiling
5 egg yolks
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Oreos in a blender and pat into bottom of a 10-inch springform pan. Combine chocolate, rum, and salt in blender; mix 30 seconds. Add boiling cream and mix 30 seconds more. Add yolks and blend 5 seconds more. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into chocolate mixture. Freeze. Serve with whipping cream, if desired.
