1 baguette sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp basil
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. minced red onion
1/4 c olive oil
mozzarella and or parmesan cheese to top.

mix olive oil & garlic - spread on sliced bread and broil in oven 3 minutes - till golden
add left over olive oil and rest of ingredients
spread mixture over toasted bread top with shredded mozzerella and or parmesian bake / broil 1 minute serve warm
