1 - 3# rump or round roast
1 - regular size container of your favorite fresh salsa
1 package of flour tortilla shells

Tortilla toppings to include sour cream, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce.

Directions:
Directions:
Pan sear the roast on both sides over medium/high heat on the stove. Remove from heat and place in crock pot. Pour container of salsa over roast and cover. Cook for 8 hours on low crock pot setting. Pull roast apart with fork mixing with salsa. Serve in flour tortillas. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, etc. to top it off.
