1 cup corn meal
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp salt
3 cups boiling water
3 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal and cold water together. Add salt and boiling water. Cook over low heat until thick while stirring constantly. Beat in margarine then serve.

Aunt Gertrude (Ma Dittie) and Banny Rose (Aunt Rose) were super cooks. They served this with stewed chicken on top.
