2 cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
Tsp Baking Soda
Tsp. Salt
Cup Powdered Sugar
Whisk these ingredients up together. Cream together, separate bowl:
6 Tbsp. Butter, Smart Balance is fine 1/3 Cup + Tbsp
1/3 cup Buttermilk/powdered
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and then drop on baking stone or cookie sheet. Bake at 450o for 12 minutes until very browned. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and finely chopped walnuts before you bake it. You can also add blueberries, cranberries or chocolate chips to the mix.
