1 Tsp Tabasco
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Medium Onion Chopped
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Garlic Clove Chopped
1 Eggplant Chopped
1 Zucchini Chopped
1 Box Fresh Mushrooms Sliced Oz
1 Can Tomato Sauce 15 Oz
1 Can Crushed Italian Tomatoes 16 Oz
1 Lb Spaghetti
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded for Top
Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Burgundy Wine or Dry Red Wine
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Brown ground beef with seasonings, add veggies, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes. Cook spaghetti according to box directions.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into Pyrex pan. Cover top with mozzarella cheese and bake until brown and bubbly.
