2 eggs,
1 c. sugar,
1 c. dates,
1/3 c. flour,
1 tsp. baking powder,
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Chop dates. Add other ingredients. Stir well. Bake 30 minutes in shallow dish ( a 9 inch cake pan or pie pan) cut while warm and dust with powdered sugar.
