Salad:
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken (I love using the rotisserie chicken from Costco!)
2 heads lettuce (mix cabbage and romaine)
2 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. top Raman noodles, broken up
1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
1/2 c. salted sunflower seeds

Dressing:
3/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Toss all salad ingredients and serve with dressing.
