1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 block cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press first 3 ingredients in 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of cool whip container. Spread over crust and refrigerate. Whip 2 boxes of pudding and milk until well mixed. Pour over layer 2 and refrigerate. Cover the top with remaining cool whip and nuts if desired.
