Cake:
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 C oil
5 tbsp cocoa
1 C water
2 C Sugar
2 C flour
2 eggs
1/2 C buttermilk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
5 tbsp cocoa
3 & 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp milk
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cake: Melt butter, cocoa, oil, and water together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Mix well and then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Batter may be thin. Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake for 20 min.
Frosting: 5 min before cake is done, melt together all ingredients. Mix well. Spread over cake as soon as you remove it from the oven.
