Ingredients:

3 Egg Whites - beat until light and fluffy

1 cups maple syrup
Dash of salt
Maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the syrup to a boil and cook until it is stringy when drizzled in cold water. Very slowly add syrup to egg whites and beat until stiff. If you add the syrup too quickly it will cook the egg whites. Add maple flavoring to achieve a pronounced maple flavor.

This frosting is best on a chocolate cake of your choice. There is enough to generously frost a Bundt cake.
