1 (8) oz. package cream cheese, softened
3 Tblsp. Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce (or 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper)
1/4 c. crumbled crisp bacon
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1 c. chopped, toasted pecans (or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st four ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in bacon, cheese, and green onions, Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. (or put it in the freezer for a little while if you're in a hurry!) Form cheese mixture into ball and roll in pecans to coat. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with crackers.
