24 mushrooms
6 Tbl butter or margarine
1 sm onion chopped ( about 1/4 cup)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg 3oz cream cheese softened
3 Tbl grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbl chopped fresh parsley
1 c Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop - set aside. Melt 2 tbl butter or margarine and brush caps w/butter. Place cap down on baking sheet.
Heat remaining butter or margarine. Add stems, onion, garlic powder & cook until tender. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley. Add Stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon into caps.

Bake @ 425 for 10 minutes or until heated through and lightly brown on top
