2 lbs Hash Brown or Potatoes O’Brien (cubed potatoes found in freezer section)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
½ stick of melted margarine or butter
½ cup onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients except the margarine, corn flakes and cheddar cheese in a casserole dish. Spread cheese over the mixture. Place corn flakes on top and pour butter over corn flakes. Bake for 1 hour.
