4 potatoes
2 eggs
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp whipping cream
salt and pepper
1 C cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 375 for about an hour.
Cut the tops off, scoop out the inside. Put in potatoes in bowl. Separate eggs add egg yolk to potatoes, blend until smooth. Add butter and cream, season with salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, fold into potato mixture. Fill potato shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
