2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbs. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Mix till just moistened. Cook in hot Aebleskiver pan (Dick's Ace has them) for 2-3 minutes each side turning with a fork.
