1 head iceberg lettuce
1 small head cauliflower
1 red onion sliced thin
1/2 bottle Bacos

Dressing:
2 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and wash lettuce and cauliflower. Drain.
Put lettuce in large bowl. Layer cauliflower on top, then sliced red onions. Spread bacos on top.

Prepare dressing. Simply mix both ingredients. Pour dressing on top of onions. Cover and refrigerate minimim of 3 hours. Overnight is best.

Stir immediately before serving

You can add 1 cup shredded chedder cheese and/or 1 pkg. frozen peas.

This is best if eaten immediately after mixing dressing into ingredients.
