1 lb red potatoes - quartered
2 tbsp diced onion
3 tbsp butter - melted
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in single layer in 11 x 7 greased pan. Top potatoes with onion. In small bowl combine butter, honey, mustard and salt and pepper, drizzle over potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 35 min, stirring halfway through.
